What changes in the Conditions of Use Professional Sales via bol

In the Conditions of Use Professional Sales via bol (appendix 1 of the Terms of Use for Professional Sales via bol), article 15.1 and article 15.2 are amended as follows:

15.1 If the Buyer is not acting in the exercise of their profession or business, the following applies: unless otherwise stipulated in the Distance Contract or additional conditions, the amounts owed by the Buyer must be paid within 14 days after the cooling-off period commences, or in the absence of a cooling-off period, within 14 days after the conclusion of the Distance Contract. In the case of a service agreement, this period starts on the day after the consumer has received confirmation of the agreement.

15.2 If the Buyer is acting in the exercise of their profession or business, the following applies: payment is made in advance, unless otherwise stipulated in the Distance Contract or additional conditions.
