In the research pool, we work with an invitation principle. Teams at bol specifically invite partners to participate in a questionnaire, interview, focus group, user research, or another form of research. These teams involve various partners to thoroughly understand a topic. Based on your ideas, teams can work on a possible improvement or solution.

If you indicate that you are open to research, it doesn't mean you'll be overwhelmed with studies. You also decide for yourself whether you want to participate or not.

If you are invited to participate in research, it always means your participation is voluntary and without consequences for your seller account. We are always curious about your opinion of us and our platform, even if it's not so positive. Results can never be linked back to a sales account number or to you as an individual. Additionally, as a partner, you are free to stop participating at any time during the research. You can do this without giving a reason. Before you participate, you will be asked to sign a consent form: this form outlines your rights as a participant and describes what will be done with your data.
