ProductFlow repricer

The ProductFlow Repricer is based on a proprietary algorithm, allowing us to achieve the buy box as quickly as possible. Additionally, the repricer moves as quickly as possible to the most optimal selling price. This all works not on a 'trial and error' basis, but by moving to the optimal price as quickly as possible (!).

Thanks to this unique approach, the results of the ProductFlow Repricer are unmatched by other repricers. Our averages show: with the ProductFlow Repricer, you get the buy box within 10 minutes and a maximum of 30 minutes. Within 1 hour, your selling price reaches 99% of the optimal price, and within 2 hours, this is improved to 99.8% of the optimal selling price!

You only need to provide the selling price, minimum, and maximum price. You can also have these prices calculated by the ProductFlow software based on your selling price or costs (purchase price, cost price, shipping costs, commissions from bol).

When improving your prices, the ProductFlow Repricer takes into account all important factors. For example: if you sell an item for 22 euros, but if you sell it for under 20 euros, you pay less commission to bol, leaving you with more margin at the end of the day. This smart feature is also part of the margin improvement of the ProductFlow Repricer. Other influencing factors we have included in our algorithm are:

• bol uses price stars. These stars determine whether your price is competitive (with sales channels outside bol) or not. Within the ProductFlow Repricer, it's possible to take these price stars into account.
• From one dashboard, you activate and manage the ProductFlow Repricer! In this extensive dashboard, you immediately see if you have the buy box, the current status of the repricer, the number of competitors, and much more.
• The ProductFlow Repricer takes volume discount into account (if enabled). This way, you always secure the buy box, regardless of the quantity of items.
• bol regularly applies temporarily reduced commissions for various items. These temporarily reduced commissions are automatically presented in the ProductFlow platform. You can find them under 'Fee' on the Offer page for your items.
• The ProductFlow Repricer takes marketplace requirements into account. This prevents price spikes and ensures the price is determined by market dynamics. This way, your market price is always relevant (RMP at bol).
• If an item has multiple EAN codes and is linked to one EAN code on bol, the ProductFlow Repricer recognizes this. So, even if you use a different EAN code than the one visible on the bol website, the ProductFlow Repricer does its job!

First, activate the ProductFlow Repricer for 2 weeks free of charge and experience it. After that, your monthly investment depends on the number of items and starts at €50 per month. This functionality can be canceled monthly and can also be used in combination with many other functionalities within the ProductFlow software.

ProductFlow has a free helpdesk that can be reached via email and phone. Additionally, we have a chatbox that provides immediate answers to questions through relevant articles. On working days, you can expect a response within 2 hours; outside these hours, ProductFlow strives to answer questions as quickly as possible.
