Read everything you need to know about entering contact details on this page.
Contact details
You can find your contact details under: Settings > Account > Contact details.
On this page, you manage the contact details for your seller account. This ensures we can always reach you when there are issues with orders, performance, or important updates. Some of these details are also shown to customers on your shop page.
What can you arrange here?
- Phone number
Enter a (toll-free) phone number where customers can reach you.
Customers will see this number in their order confirmation. It will not be visible on your shop page. - Contact email address
This is the email address where you receive all notifications and messages from bol. You can easily change it here. Your contact email address will not be shown on your shop page and is therefore not visible to customers.
Additionally, under 'contact preferences', you can specify which email address you want to receive which types of communication. More information can be found here. - Address details
The address you enter will be visible to customers on your shop page. We also use this address as a correspondence address when we need to reach you in writing.
Once you enter your postcode and house number, we will automatically fill in the street and city for you.
Here you set:
- Country
- Postcode
- House number (and any addition)
Good to know
Your address may differ from your return address. That is not a problem.
