Shop details
On this page, you can easily read how to add or adjust your shop details.
In your Seller Dashboard
You can manage your shop details via: Settings > My shop > Shop name and description or Settings > My shop > Shop logo.
What can you arrange here?
- Shop name
This is the name you use to sell via bol. You chose this name during your registration.
Do you want to change your shop name? Go to your settings.
Your new name will then be visible to customers.
- Shop description
Describe your shop briefly and clearly. Explain what product range you offer.
Customers will read this text on your shop page.
Please note
- Do not use icons, emoticons, or special characters.
These can cause errors with shipping labels, which may prevent orders from reaching the customer. - Do not place links to external websites in your name or description.
- Do not refer to bol in your shop name.
- Shop logo
Upload or change your logo. This helps customers recognize your shop faster.
Requirements:
- Maximum 1000 x 1000 pixels
- Minimum 20 kB
- Will be displayed as 148 x 42 pixels
