Adjusted service standards week 1
We've observed that carrier performance in the Netherlands and Belgium was lower than desired. This is due to poor weather conditions and public holidays. To address this, we've decided to apply the 'Items on time' service standard more flexibly. See the adjusted standard below: 'Items on time' is 84% for the Netherlands for 3 or more late items, and 90% for Belgium for 3 or more late items. Please note! As a partner, you remain responsible for fulfilling your delivery promise. Try to anticipate planned delays and disruptions in the logistics network by extending your delivery promise.
