Adjusted service standards week 2

We've observed that carriers' performance in the Netherlands and Belgium was lower than desired. This is due to exceptional weather conditions. Therefore, we previously made an adjustment to the performance scores. To also account for this when assigning strikes, we have decided to relax the service standard 'Items on time' for week 2.

See the adjusted standard below:

  • 'Items on time' is 70% for the Netherlands from 3 or more late delivered items and 78% for Belgium from 3 or more late delivered items.

Please note! As a partner, you remain responsible for fulfilling the delivery promise. Try to anticipate planned delays and disruptions in the logistics network in time, by extending the delivery promise where necessary.
