Shipping via bol orders with incorrect delivery promise
Update 13:25: The affected orders have been re-sourced and have a new delivery date of 13-07. These orders can now be processed.
For a limited number of Shipping via bol Standard orders shipped via PostNL, an incorrect delivery promise was calculated. This only concerns orders with a transfer date of August 17, 2026. As a result, customers may have seen an August delivery date for certain items, while earlier delivery is possible. The cause has been identified and resolved. For new orders, the correct delivery promises are now applied again.
For orders affected by this, we are working on a solution. We will communicate more about this soon.
