Delay in processing images and videos

There is currently a technical disruption. Because of this, processing images and videos is taking longer than usual.

Due to issues in the image processing system, images are currently being processed with a delay. As a result, a time-out may occur after uploading before processing is completed.

When this happens, it may be necessary to upload the image(s) again to complete the processing successfully. Bulk processing for images works faster.

IT is currently working on a permanent solution. We will keep you updated on further developments.
