Update 16:30: This issue has now been resolved. You can now create a new label for the affected orders using the steps below.

 

We understand that this impacts your daily operations. Therefore, we are taking this incident into account and will apply leniency where possible.

 

Are you working via the seller account?

1. Refresh the page with your open orders.

2. Clear your cache and cookies or use an incognito window if the label is not immediately visible.

3. Do not choose Ampere > Ampere label, but choose Ampere > PostNL or Ampere > DHL-SD label

4. Download the new shipping label.

5. Hand over the packages with Ampere

1. Retrieve the most current fulfillment options for the order.

2. Do not choose Ampere > Ampere label, but choose Ampere > PostNL or Ampere > DHL-SD label
