Investigation into possible quality score corrections week 26

Update 8-7 10:15: The quality score will be definitively adjusted due to the Code Red situation. The score will be adjusted and become visible in the account later this morning.

Today, the performance for week 26 has been finalized. As there was a Code Red situation during this week, we are currently investigating the impact this has had on the calculation of the quality score.

The starting point is that possible delays have been taken into account and that, where possible, appropriate measures have been taken to limit the consequences, for example, by extending the delivery time in advance.

We are currently reviewing if, and how, corrections can be applied to the quality score to provide the fairest possible picture of performance in week 26. No definitive decision has been made on this yet.

As soon as more information is available, we will communicate this through the usual channels. If a correction is implemented, it will become visible in your seller account in the coming period.
