Investigation into problem with Shipment and Offer endpoints

Update 08:35 AM: Due to this problem, it is currently not possible to create shipping labels. We are still investigating the cause of the malfunction.

Until the API problem is resolved, we advise you to perform important tasks that cannot wait via the seller account.

We are currently investigating a problem affecting the Shipment API and Offer API. The cause of the problem is not yet known. As soon as more information is available, we will share updates via this news message.

• Processing shipments
