Problem with asynchronous processes API

We are currently investigating an issue where asynchronous processes may remain stuck in the status 'PENDING'. This may prevent a definitive status from being returned and could lead to the following functionalities not being processed correctly:

• Creation of Shipping via bol labels
• Creation of shipments
• Offer mutations via the old offers v10

Our teams are currently investigating the cause of this issue.
