For week 26, we are applying adjusted service standards

Due to code red for heat

We've noticed that carrier performance in the Netherlands and Belgium was lower than desired. This is due to the code red issued for heat. To account for this, we have decided to relax the service standard 'Items on time' for week 26.

See the adjusted standard below:

  • 'Items on time' has been lowered to 85% for the Netherlands for 3 or more late delivered items.
  • 'Items on time' has been lowered to 89% for Belgium for 3 or more late delivered items.

Please note! As a partner, you remain responsible for fulfilling your delivery promise. Try to anticipate planned delays and disruptions in the logistics network by extending the delivery promise where necessary.
