Adjusted service standards week 14

For week 14, we are applying adjusted service standards

Due to strikes at Bpost

We have noticed that carriers' performance in Belgium was lower than desired. This is due to the strikes at Bpost. To account for this, we have decided to relax the service standard 'Items delivered on time' for week 14.

See the adjusted standard below:

  • 'Items delivered on time' has been lowered to 88% for Belgium for 3 or more late delivered items.
  • For the Netherlands, there is no adjustment to the service standard. It remains 93%.

Please note! As a partner, you remain responsible for fulfilling the delivery promise. Try to anticipate planned delays and disruptions in the logistics network by extending the delivery promise where necessary.
