Adjusted service standards week 22 - 2026

We have observed that the performance of carriers in the Netherlands and Belgium was lower than desired. This is due to the busy period around Pentecost. To account for this when assigning strikes, we have decided to relax the service standard 'Items on time' for week 22.

See the adjusted standard below:

• 'Items on time' is 86% for the Netherlands for 3 or more late delivered items and 88% for Belgium for 3 or more late delivered items.
