Belgian law requires partners to offer 2 delivery options
A new law was recently passed in Belgium requiring e-commerce companies to offer customers in Belgium at least 2 delivery options at checkout. With this, the Belgian government aims to further make customer delivery more sustainable.
Do you ship as a partner to or within Belgium? Then we ensure that 2 delivery options are offered, such as home delivery, delivery to work or other locations, and sometimes pick-up points and lockers.

With Shipping via bol Standard (with self drop-off & pick-up arranged):

With Shipping via bol+ (with self drop-off & pick-up arranged):
- Home delivery or another address.
- The customer can choose a different (later) delivery time.
With Shipping via bol Complete:
- Home delivery or another address.
- The customer can choose a different (later) delivery time.
- Various Select delivery options such as pick-up point & office delivery.
Logistics via bol (Lvb)
- The customer can choose home delivery, another address, and various pick-up points.
