Bol receives questions from ACM about the structure of the platform for partners

Bol has received questions from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) about how we have set up our platform for our sales partners.

It goes without saying that we are cooperating fully with the ACM's investigation. Our colleagues are working hard to provide the regulator with all the information it needs to ensure that the investigation runs smoothly.

We believe it is important that the ACM ensures that online platforms take responsibility for a reliable online environment. For us, the relationship with our sales partners is extremely important in this regard. We are always looking for ways to improve our platform and are confident about the investigation.
