Change to Shipping via bol Pickup Service from September 24, 2026
From September 24, 2026, the conditions and rates of the Shipping via bol Pickup Service will change. We are doing this to ensure the quality and efficiency of the service.
What is changing?
From September 24, 2026, the Pickup Service will be available for partners who send an average of at least 11 packages per pickup moment via Shipping via bol. For lower volumes, it is no longer feasible to offer the service at the current rate.
We understand that your shipping volume may vary per week. Therefore, the Pickup Service will remain available if you occasionally fall below the limit of 10 packages. In that case, from September 24, 2026, an adjusted rate per pickup moment will apply:
- Current situation: € 27 per pickup moment
- New situation: € 40 per pickup moment
Do you want to continue using the Pickup Service?
Check if all your relevant items are set up for Shipping via bol. By sending more of your offer through this service, you can more easily maintain the required volume for structural use of the Pickup Service.

If you don't meet the minimum per pickup moment, there are good alternatives to still benefit from the advantages and competitive rates of Shipping via bol:

Important: cancel your subscription yourself
If you decide not to use the Pickup Service anymore, don't forget to cancel your subscription yourself in your seller account. As long as your subscription remains active, the associated subscription costs will be invoiced.
