Change to policy points

Stack of sticky notes.

As of April 22, 2025, a change will be implemented regarding policy points, applicable to product range-related categories. This means a violation may have less significant consequences for your seller account. This way, we want to give you more certainty when expanding your product range. Out of goodwill, we will also apply this retroactively for policy points deducted from April 22, 2024.

New: adjustment to policy points

We have reviewed our policy point system based on feedback from our partners. As of April 22, 2025, a change will apply to policy points, specifically for product range-related categories. This means that, in addition to the nature of the violation, we will now also consider the size of your product range and the number of orders processed in the past 365 days. By including a longer order period and also factoring in the size of the product range when assessing a violation, it's possible that fewer policy points will be deducted than the maximum allowed within that category. Do you want to know if this applies to you? As of April 22, 2025, you can check your seller account, under ‘Policy points’ on the ‘Performance’ page, to see if this applies to you.

Growing together with our partners

We want to support you as effectively as possible. With this adjustment to how policy points are assigned, we ensure that a violation has less significant consequences for your seller account. This way, we want to give you more certainty when expanding your product range. At the same time, it's important that the quality of your product range is in order. Together, we are building a strong and reliable platform!
