Condition to show 'usual price' adjusted

To set up a promotion, the promotional item must have a 'usual' or 'most frequently displayed' price. An item receives a usual price if a regular price has been applied for at least 30 days within a 90-day period. As of November 18, 2024, this 30-day period has been shortened to 21 days.
