Logistics via bol: stop on odd-sized items

A metal shopping basket sits on a green background. Inside the basket are various cardboard packages. Some boxes have blue patterns. This creates a minimalist and modern look.

We are temporarily stopping the acceptance of odd-sized items via Logistics via bol. In this message, we explain what this means for you.

What are odd-sized items?

These are items larger than a Euro pallet (80x120 cm). They protrude beyond the pallet upon delivery. This concerns a part of the XXL product range between 100 and 175 cm, especially items longer than 120 cm that are stacked horizontally on a pallet. Items that fit upright on the pallet without protruding are not included.

Why this change?

Space in our XL fulfilment center in Nieuwegein is limited. We want to avoid unexpectedly having to refuse your shipments. This way, we keep our service reliable and predictable for all your other items.

What does this mean for you?

  • We no longer accept items that protrude beyond the pallet in our fulfilment center in Nieuwegein.
  • This change is effective immediately and for an indefinite period.
  • You can continue to supply all your other items as usual.

We understand that this impacts your plans. With this step, we ensure more stability in our logistics processes within Logistics via bol.
