New: the Notice and Take Down procedure via your seller account
Through the Notice and Take Down, also known as NTD, form, you have the option to report intellectual property infringement. To make it a bit easier for you as a partner, it is now possible to submit this via your seller account. Here's how it works.
Would you like to make a report? Starting today, you can do this by logging into your seller account via the button below and filling out the form.
Currently, it's only possible to access the form in your seller account via the Partnerplatform. This will be the new working method from now on. In the future, you will also find it directly in your seller account. We will inform you as soon as this is implemented.
Below you will find a step-by-step plan:

- Fill out the Notice and Take Down form and don't forget to include the correct documents.
- Done! After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated time for when your form will be processed.

Previously, an NTD report was made via email. By now processing it via the seller account, we can request more targeted information. This change makes it easier for you as a partner to directly send all necessary information so that your request can be processed properly and completely. For example, you no longer need to fill in your own details, which also saves you time.
