Now live: subscores of the quality score

At the end of last year, we introduced the quality score. We expanded this score with sub scores per shipping method and integrated this in the Terms of Use. Read here about these changes.

The quality score provides a clear and stable overview of your performance on bol and offers various benefits that help you grow when your score is good. On March 11, we expand this score with sub scores per shipping method (own shipment, Shipping via bol and Logistics via bol). This gives you even more grip and insights on your performance.
What’s next?
In the future (expected in June 2026), the quality score will completely replace the performance score. This means that the score will also count in the buy box and affect the Conditions of Use for Professional Sales via bol. You can view all changes here, including, the change announced in December 2025 that bol can terminate a seller account with a structural score of 64 or lower.
