Payout model change: faster payouts
Tackling things together also means listening to each other. At the request of many partners, we are adjusting our payout model as of January 1, 2024. From then on, you can be paid out not once, but twice a month. This gives you the opportunity to invest faster and more in your business.
How it works
Currently, for all sales you make via bol, you are paid out once a month. This happens on the first working day of a new month. We understand that it can sometimes be more convenient if this happens more often. That's why you will soon be able to choose to be paid out more frequently. You will then be paid out on the 1st and 15th working day of the month.
How to change your payout frequency
You set your desired payout frequency via your seller account. To do this, go to the Finance screen (via Settings – Account) and select how often you want to be paid out under ‘payout schedule’.
Good to know:
- You can submit the change until the last day of a quarter.
- The change applies for the entire next quarter.
- For two payouts, a reserve period of 7 days applies. You will be paid out for your shipped orders from 14 to 28 days before the invoice date.
