New rules for personal protective equipment
Make sure your products meet EU guidelines. Personal protective equipment (PPE) protects people from serious risks, such as falls from height, exposure to toxic substances, high voltage or extreme temperatures. That's why it's essential that these products meet the relevant laws and regulations.
What does this mean for you?
Do you sell category 3 PPE via bol? If so, we'll be monitoring this more closely. We expect your assortment to comply with the relevant EU guidelines. You can view the applicable standards via the NEN standards overview (Dutch only) for PPE.
From 28 April, we'll be asking partners in batches to apply for selling rights. When it's your turn, you'll see a banner in your seller account with more information about what you need to do.
