Strike Protection for own shipping: new benefit of the quality score

A good quality score provides partners with benefits, such as participation in Select Deals and, since July 1st, also Growth Reward. In November, following a successful pilot period, we are adding a new benefit to this: Strike Protection for own shipping.
What is Strike Protection?
Do you use your own shipping and is your quality score 75 or higher? Then you benefit from Strike Protection on the 3 service standards measured for strikes:
- Delivered on time
- Cancellations
- Response time
If you score below the target value once on 1 of these service standards, you will not receive a strike for that week.
Keep a close eye on your performance. Declining performance can lower your quality score. This affects your position in the buy box and other benefits. If you score below 75 for your own shipments, Strike Protection will be cancelled again.
How does this work for Logistics via bol and Shipping via bol?
Do you use one of the shipping methods from bol? Then you are already largely protected against strikes:
- For Logistics via bol orders, you are protected against strikes on 'Delivered on time' and 'Cancellations'.
- With Shipping via bol, you are protected against strikes on 'Delivered on time' and you are responsible for 'Handed over on time' yourself. As soon as we add 'Handed over on time' to the quality score in Q1 2027, a test will start for Strike protection on 'Handed over on time'. Until then, you can continue to benefit from 'Lower risk of strikes' with a high quality score.
