Our terms and conditions allow us to ensure the quality of our platform. As of 28 February 2025, we’ll adjust some of the conditions in our Conditions of Use Professional Sales via bol. And on January 1st, we'll adjust some our Conditions of use bol Logistics. We'll tell you more on the conditions affected and the actual changes.

Clause 12. Ranking paragraph
2 sub iii) onder d, third bullet has been changed into:
– Extra delivery options, allowing the Customer to choose a different (later) delivery time.
Conditions of Use bol Logistics
Annex 3 Bol Delivery Terms and Conditions Clause 3.1
Article Barcode has been changed into: “When using the Logistics via bol service, each Article must be provided with an Article Barcode, being a GTIN-8, GTIN-12, GTIN-13 (also known as EAN in our bol systems) or ISBN. Each Item must comply with the GS1 standards and be registered with GS1 as such. The Item Barcode must exactly match its registration in the Pre-announcement of the shipment.
When changes are made to the packaging, a new GTIN must be requested according to GS1 standards.”
Annex 3 Bol Delivery Terms and Conditions, Clause 3.1.1
First bullet has been changed into: “The GTIN Article barcode referred to in paragraph 3.1 must be able to be scanned without having to open or unpack the Article. The Article barcode must be freely visible and on a flat area so as to not interfere with scanning.”
