Transition to the Ampère 'Delivered Today' network as of July 1, 2026

Within the 'Delivered Today' network, we are fully transitioning to delivery via Ampère as of July 1, 2026. In this article, we explain what this transition means for you.
Why this change?
We have chosen to have all deliveries within the 'Delivered Today' network handled by Ampère. We are doing this because Ampère offers high delivery reliability and a strong network. We expect this to reduce the need for service frameworks.
The phased transition to Ampère started at the beginning of March. As a result, you have already been seeing Ampère labels on your 'Delivered Today' shipments more and more often.
What is changing?
- You will now only receive Ampère labels on 'Delivered Today' shipments. The collection time does not change: shipments will still be picked up at the same time.
- Ampère does not yet deliver throughout the Netherlands. With recently opened depots in Amsterdam and Eindhoven, the national coverage is now 85%. As a result, a customer may see 'delivered tomorrow' on the product page, but this option may disappear during checkout if the delivery address is outside the delivery area. This does not affect the buy box.
- The total capacity for 'Delivered Today' labels is lower than before. As a result, some shipments will receive a 'Delivered Tomorrow' label sooner. Therefore, the Delivered Today capacity may temporarily close earlier on weekends. As more shipments shift to the same collection time, collections in the afternoon may become larger. We are working hard to expand the Ampère network, but we expect that you will already notice the benefits for yourself and your customers.
