Send emails safely via verified addresses

Protect your customers with one simple setting. We are constantly improving the security of our platform. That is why we now work with verified email addresses. This way, your customers can be sure that an email really comes from you.
How do verified email addresses work?
Add the email addresses you use for communication with customers. You can do this via Settings in your seller account.
Do you work with software via an ecosystem partner such as Sellerly, Bolmate or Rylee? Check the list to see if they are already whitelisted – in that case, you don't need to add them yourself.

What if you do nothing?
If you do not set up and activate verified email addresses, emails will be sent from your default email address. But it's also possible for emails to be sent in your name from other email addresses. In most cases, that's not something you'd want. Only when you set up verified email addresses will emails from that address be delivered to customers.
Manage yourself
You decide which addresses to add or remove. You can adjust this at any time via Settings in your seller account.
