What's changing in the Terms and Conditions Shipping via bol.com

Effective February 2nd, some of the Terms and Conditions Shipping via bol.com will change, and we want to inform you about this. In this message, you can read which conditions are affected and what exactly is changing.
These are the biggest changes in the Terms and Conditions Shipping via bol.com:
- Replaced term (article 5)
In article 5.6, the term 'Professional Partner' changes to 'Shipping via bol partner', so that the same term is used throughout the conditions. This condition otherwise remains unchanged. - Returning long-term stock (article 5)
Space in the fulfilment centers is scarce. To make the best possible use of the available space, items that have not been sold for 180 days will be returned to you. This creates more space for items that sell well. This will be included in a new article: article 5.10. - Returning unsellable stock (article 7)
Currently, unsellable stock is returned to you when the maximum number of items is reached. By default, this is 15 items, although you can set a different limit yourself. In some cases, however, it takes a very long time before this limit is reached, and then the unsellable stock also takes up space for a long time. To prevent this and make good use of the scarce space, article 7.4 is expanded with the following: Unsellable stock will be stored for a maximum of 3 months. So, if one of your unsellable items has been stored for 3 months, all your unsellable stock will be returned to you. This means you will receive unsellable stock returns at least once every 3 months.
For returning (unsellable) stock, you pay the regular rate. The return of sellable and unsellable stock is explained here.
