Two-step verification

The security of your seller account is very important to us. Two-step verification ensures that you enter a random code when changing important details. You receive this code via SMS on your mobile phone and then enter it on a screen in your seller account.

The advantage? It’s extra secure and saves time. With two-step verification, you can change important details yourself in your seller account, without needing to call Partnerservice. In the future, you will be able to change more and more details yourself using a code sent to your phone.

Set up two-step verification

  1. You can find your two-step verification settings in your seller account under ‘Settings’, then ‘Account’, and finally ‘Two-step verification’.
  2. Follow the steps. For two-step verification, you set up a mobile number that is separate from your seller account's contact phone number. The number can be the same, but it doesn't have to be. Please note: you can only change the phone number for two-step verification yourself if you can receive an SMS at that number. So make sure you enter the correct phone number.
  3. Your account is now secured with two-step verification!

In the future, we will secure the modification of more and more important details with two-step verification. For security reasons, there may sometimes be a waiting period for changing important details. Therefore, set up your two-step verification in time, so you don't have to wait longer when you want to change your details.
