The holiday calendar
Check out the holiday calendar for November and December below. We run marketing campaigns for 3 holidays: Black Friday, Sinterklaas (in the Netherlands and Belgium), and Christmas. This also creates extra busy periods.
It's helpful to know when most customer visits (and thus) orders are expected and when logistical activity will be at its peak. This helps you prepare for this busy period.
The colors in the holiday calendar
You can identify the different busy periods by the colors in the holiday calendar: from less busy on yellow days to busier on orange days and the busiest on red days. Add them to your calendar now! This way, you can ensure your shop, from storefront to warehouse, is well-prepared in time.
Good Choice label
We know that many customers look forward to (the week of) Black Friday, as it allows them to buy discounted items during these expensive times. At the same time, we want to make our business operations more sustainable and help customers make responsible choices. That's why we have the Good Choice label. This label indicates that an item has significant (sustainability) advantages compared to similar items.
As a market leader, by actively offering this Good Choice product range during this campaign period, we can make a significant difference. We want to continue doing this in the future – both during Black Friday and beyond. That's why we continue to work with our suppliers, partners, and logistics service providers on propositions and logistics services to offer customers good alternatives.
