Can you briefly explain what HoofdZorg Kliniek does and how you started?
"HoofdZorg Kliniek is a specialized clinic in Amsterdam where we treat people for head lice. We also sell our items in 6 European countries. We started the clinic in August, and within 4 months, we sold our first item via bol."

Why did you choose to sell via bol?

Why did you decide to join the Sponsored Products Boostcamp?
"I'm not from this sector, and sometimes I lacked the knowledge to improve the use of advertising opportunities. I felt like I was reaching the limits of my own knowledge. The session offered me insights that are directly applicable."
What was a key learning moment for you during this session?
"One of the most important insights was that I apparently wasn't paying enough attention to product categories. I always thought customers searched purely via keywords, but categories play a bigger role than I realized. I also learned how to exclude irrelevant search terms to use advertising budget more effectively. For me, excluding the search term ‘200 milliliter’ was something that can really make a difference in performance. I blocked out two hours this afternoon to implement the changes. It's all still fresh in my mind, so I want to tackle it right away."
How have you managed your campaigns so far?
"So far, I've mainly experimented with the campaign settings myself. Honestly, I initially thought I would have to outsource it, but thanks to this Sponsored Products Boostcamp, I now have the tools to further improve it myself. Outsourcing can still happen later, but for now, I can still make significant progress on my own."
How do you experience bol's support?
