Everything at a glance

To be able to ship your items with Logistics via bol (Lvb), we ask you to deliver them correctly to the fulfilment center. We have adjusted the delivery conditions in a few areas so that we can stock items even faster and make them available for sale.

Change in delivery conditions for Logistics via bol

  • All items on an EPAL Euro pallet

We ask you to deliver items that fit on an EPAL Euro pallet on an EPAL Euro pallet from now on. The exception for ‘inefficient stacking’ is no longer valid. We ask our partners to always stack all items (if safety allows) in such a way that they fit on an EPAL Euro pallet.

  • Stricter vehicle requirements regarding tail lift

It is no longer permitted to deliver your items with a van without a tail lift.

  • More flexible pre-notification policy

Pre-notifications no longer need to be created by 11:59 PM on the day before delivery. You can make pre-notifications as long as there is space in the fulfilment center.

  • More flexible policy for non-perishable goods

Non-perishable goods no longer need to have a shelf life of 270 days upon delivery; our partners can decide for themselves when to deliver their non-perishable goods. Please note: we still destroy items if their shelf life is less than 100 days.

  • Adjustment for unstable stacked pallets

For pallets filled with unstable items (such as bags of cat food), we ask our partners to deliver stacked pallets with cardboard or a wooden board in between. This makes the pallets more stable (and safer).

  • We are dropping the requirement of no price on items

Partners can now decide for themselves whether prices are listed on the items. However, it is important to take into account any price differences on the platform.

  • Shipping multi-parcel items is not permitted

The rule ‘we do not bundle’ has been clarified: shipping multi-parcel items is not permitted.

  • Sealing no longer needs to be transparent

Sealing no longer needs to be transparent, although transparency is still preferred.

  • Sealing requirements have been expanded

Sealing requirements no longer apply only to hygiene items, but now also to items such as games and DVDs.

  • Clarification of packaging requirements for plush and fashion accessories

Plush and fashion accessories must meet the same packaging requirements as clothing.

  • Hazardous materials

If items with hazardous materials are sent to bol, they must be included in ADR hazard classes 2.1, 2.2, 3, or 4.1
