Terms of delivery

To ship your items, they must be delivered correctly to the Fulfilment center. Complying with the delivery conditions ensures that items are stocked faster and can be sold. If the delivery conditions are not met, your shipment may be refused, returned, or additional costs may be charged.

Together, we ensure high delivery quality for customers by delivering items on time and in good condition. It is therefore important to have agreements in place when you use Logistics via bol. The delivery conditions consist of requirements that must be met regarding the quality, packaging, labels, registration, and delivery of your items. This also ensures that your stock is processed faster.

Unannounced items

Items that have not been pre-registered are stored at your own risk and expense in the bol Fulfilment center. bol will report these items within 5 business days after delivery. You will be informed of this, and the items will be returned at your expense.

Damage and shortages

Upon delivery, the consignment note is signed only for the receipt of the number of pallets or packages delivered, subject to damage and shortages. Signing upon delivery does not imply acceptance of the quantity and quality of the items. For efficient handling of deliveries, delivery checks are performed based on pallet or package counts. Deliveries with damage or shortages are reported within 5 business days after delivery. The damaged items will be returned to you in mutual consultation.
