Delivery service conditions

On this page, read everything you need to keep in mind.

Points to consider

  • Packages are sent as standard parcels, with a track & trace number. This means your shipment is not insured against loss or damage. If you want to send a valuable shipment, it's not advisable to use the delivery service.
  • You must attach a shipping label (or multiple shipping labels) to each parcel within the shipment, as indicated when creating the shipment.
  • Make sure you adhere to the maximum allowed size (75x55x45 cm) and weight (15 kg) per parcel.
  • It is not possible to deliver parcels on a pallet. Our carriers pick up the parcels with a van, so there is no space for a pallet.
  • The pre-notification in your seller account must be completed to finalize the pickup appointment.
  • Unfortunately, the delivery service is not yet available for addresses in Belgium and on the Wadden Islands. For other areas, the carrier's delivery area applies.
  • You cannot give other (non-Shipping via bol) parcels to the delivery person.
  • The minimum number of parcels per pickup order is 3. The maximum number of parcels is 20.
  • Only parcels offered on the ground floor will be picked up.
  • After the shipment is delivered, the items will be in stock within 3 working days. Make sure the parcels are handed over on the date you specified.
