Non-compliance with delivery conditions
Sometimes, delivery conditions are not met. To ensure that the processing of other items does not suffer, rules have been established for several delivery conditions. Below, you can read about the consequences and how to ensure your shipments comply with these delivery conditions.
Have you received a card or a fine? You will receive an email about this. You will also see this reflected in your seller account in your daily report or under the 'Items' tab > 'My Logistics via bol shipments' for the relevant shipment. You can recognize this by the yellow bar indicated next to the shipment in the overview.
