New: budget recommendations in Sponsored Products

A daily budget that doesn't match demand can limit your reach. That's why we now show budget recommendations within Sponsored Products. This helps you quickly see where growth opportunities lie and when a campaign can achieve the same result with a smaller budget.
How do these budget recommendations help you?
Determining the optimal campaign budget is not easy. Customer demand changes constantly, and the average cost per click also varies. As a result, a budget that once worked well can later hinder your results without you realizing it.
With the new budget recommendations in Sponsored Products, we help you identify these opportunities faster.
The system continuously analyzes campaign data and calculates an appropriate budget based on factors such as:
- expected demand;
average cost per click;
- the performance of your campaign
Do you see a recommendation? You will immediately receive a suggested budget, including a realistic lower and upper limit. This way, you know which budget suits the expected demand.
You always remain in control
The budget recommendations are intended as a tool. They help you spend less time on manual analyses and discover opportunities faster.
You decide whether to follow or ignore a recommendation.
Furthermore, a recommendation does not always mean that a budget needs to increase. Even when a campaign can achieve the same result with a lower budget, you may receive advice. This way, the recommendations help you better align your budget with the expected demand.
Where can you find the recommendations?
The recommendations appear on the campaign overview page in Advertising via bol. There, you can immediately see which campaigns may be limited by their current budget or where there is room to manage your budget more efficiently.
Please note: recommendations are only shown when sufficient campaign data is available and the system can provide relevant advice. Therefore, you may not yet see this feature.
