If you receive a payment once a month then this will happen the first business day after the first calendar day of a new month. It could, however, be more convenient to have a payment more often. That is why you can opt for a faster payout. You will then receive your payment the 1st business day after the 1st and 15th of the month. For example: if December 1 is a Sunday, you receive your payment on Monday, December 2. If December 15 is a Sunday, then you receive a payment on Monday, December 16th. A reserve period of 7 days applies. We will explain it in detail below.
2 payout schedules
You can opt for 2 payout schedules:
1 -The first payout schedule is set by default and entails 1 payment per month. You will be paid once a month for the entire previous month, without a reserve period. The payout will take place on the first business day after the 1st of the month.
2 -In the second payout schedule you will be paid twice a month. You will receive your payout on on the first business day after the 1st and 15th of the month. A reserve period applies to this payout schedule. This means that your payout does not contain your shipped orders of the past 7 days, but of the 14 days before that. You will be paid for orders shipped from 14 to 21 days before the invoice date.
Please note! This means that when you switch to a bimonthly payout, the first time you will be only paid for the first 7 days of that month.
After that, the schedule as below applies.
Adjust how often you receive a payout
You set your desired payout frequency, how often you get paid, via your seller dashboard. Go to ‘Financiën’ (via Instellingen – Account) and select how often you want to be paid below ‘uitbetaalschema’. You can always submit your adjustment in the seller dashboard, but this will only become active from the first day of the next quarter. It is not possible to have the adjustment take effect earlier. Below you can see on which page in the seller dashboard you can make the adjustment.
