Unsellable Stock

There are different types of unsellable stock:

• Items that have been returned and where the customer has indicated a defect.
• Items that were damaged or opened during previous shipments.
• Date-marked items (for example, coffee machines sold with coffee included). You can choose to have the items returned or destroyed.
• Items that became defective in the Fulfilment center. You will receive compensation for these items.
• Items that have been returned or are still in stock and are illegal according to the Digital Services Act (DSA).
