Help with a customer question from bol customer service

It can happen that you receive a customer question that you cannot resolve yourself. For example, you might not be able to perform a certain return action yourself in your seller account, or you may have received a difficult customer question for which you'd like advice. On this page, read what you can do in such a case.

Need help with a customer question?

If you can't resolve it yourself, you can send the question to our customer service. In the menu under 'Customer questions', choose the option 'Need help with customer question' at the bottom. When forwarding the customer question, clearly state why you are forwarding it:
1. Action from bol is required
2. This question is not meant for me
3. I need advice
4. Something else

 

Once a customer question is forwarded to bol customer service, it will disappear from your customer questions overview. During the period this customer question is with bol customer service, you will no longer have insight into the customer question.

When you ask bol customer service for help, we recommend sending a message to the customer stating that the customer question is being processed. Our customer service will then review the customer question with you and, in some cases, take over the customer question.
