Other sellers in your seller account

What is the sellers’ tool? 

Go to ‘Artikelen’ (‘Items’) in the seller dashboard and then select ‘Mijn artikelen’ (‘My items’). Click on the relevant item and go to ‘Aanbieders’ (‘Sellers’) in the bar at the top. This page shows which partner in the Netherlands and Belgium has the buy box. You can see the following information about the other sellers: 

• Assessment 
• Sales price 
• Delivery time 
• Condition 
• Buy box 

This information is the same information that the customer can see when clicking the button ‘Andere verkoper – Bekijk en vergelijk alle verkopers’ (‘Other seller – View and compare all sellers’) on the product page. 

By filtering for the Netherlands or Belgium, it’s easy to see for each country which partners are also offering your item and who has the buy box. You can use the ‘Sorteren’ (‘Sort’) button to sort by price, delivery time and condition. The medal icon shows which partner currently has the buy box. Who has the buy box depends on the price, delivery time and performance score.

Please note: the assessment grade is one of the service standards for the performance score.
