Items made from recycled materials
Recycled items save valuable raw materials. This refers to items produced from recycled material. Recycled items may qualify for a label if they are made from at least 50% recycled material.
Criteria
To save valuable raw materials and prevent waste, it's important that we reuse materials. This helps us transition to a circular economy. Items in this category contain reused materials, such as items made from recycled material.
If you want an item to be labeled based on a characteristic (e.g., >50% recycled material) instead of a certification, please provide verification from the item's manufacturer, proving the origin and percentage of the material.

Do you want to apply for labels across multiple themes? You can do this all in one form. There's no need to fill out a separate form for each theme.
Apply for the Good Choice label
Do you sell a product range with sustainability benefits? You can apply for one or more labels by following these steps:
- Check if your product range meets the criteria for the desired label.
- Download the sustainability characteristics file using the button and indicate for each EAN which certification your item carries. If the certification applies to the entire brand, fill in the ‘brandlevel’ tab with the brand name and the certification.
- Upload the supporting evidence for your sustainability certifications so we can confirm that your product range qualifies.
- Fill in the form and click ‘send’. The form can be found on every theme page. See the menu on the left.
- You will receive a response from Partnerservice within 2 business days.
