Other infringements
Other infringements include all infringements that do not fall into any of the other categories but do result in undesirable behavior and/or unfair competition. On this page, you can read what we mean by this.
Examples of what is not allowed
- Failure to comply with return conditions.
- Offering no or incorrect warranty.
- Intentionally circumventing our brand and property rights policy.
- Refusing to provide a VAT invoice if the customer requests it.
- Dropshipping: this includes not delivering from your own stock or delivering via and/or in the packaging of another platform or store. You can find more information here.
- Contacting your customer outside bol for commercial purposes.
- Leaking, forwarding, or improperly securing privacy-sensitive information.
- Not cooperating within the set deadline if bol requests it.
- Recreating your item under a different EAN code, even though the item was previously taken offline.
- Grey import from outside the EU. Grey or parallel import involves branded items being imported and sold in the Dutch and/or Belgian market without the brand owner's knowledge or active contribution. The items that may be sold are produced by, or under license from, the brand owner and are original (not counterfeit) items.
- Making unjustified reports about other partners.
- Causing postage and/or shipping costs for customers. You pay sufficient postage/shipping costs to keep shipping free for customers.

If you have multiple seller accounts, for some policy infringements we have the authority to deduct the relevant number of points from all your accounts linked to the same Chamber of Commerce number and all related Chamber of Commerce numbers.
