General information
The customer's opinion is important. The review score serves as an indicator of a partner's quality for customers, and they consider it when making a purchase. With a good review score, customers are more likely to choose to buy an item from you. You can view your average review scores in your seller account. Here you'll also find tips and advice to help you maintain your review score and improve it if needed.
For a good performance on the 'Review Score' service standard, we maintain an 8 as the minimum threshold. If you have an average of 8 or higher over the past 3 months, customers are truly satisfied.
It is not allowed to ask the customer for a (re)review in exchange for compensation – for example, a free item or a discount. This is considered bribery and is therefore unacceptable. We will deduct policy points for this.
What if you don't meet this standard
If your average is lower than an 8, this is a sign that you need to improve your service. You will not receive a strike for this.
