Entering and adjusting stock
An adjustment to your stock is processed within 15 minutes and is then also visible in your account. If this processing time for your change has passed and it is still not correct, please contact Partnerservice.
Modifying stock per item
Navigate to the item overview in the sales account. Move your mouse to the stock and click on the pencil to change it.
A pop-up screen will appear where you can enter and save your new stock.
Adjust stock for multiple items
To adjust your stock for multiple items, or in bulk, it is possible to use 2 options:
The bulk tool via ‘Artikelen’ > ‘Artikelen toevoegen in bulk’. The exact steps for this can be found here.
If you prefer working via Excel, it is also possible to adjust your stock via ‘Artikelen’ > ‘Aanbod beheren via Excel’l’. You can find the exact steps here.
Changing stock via API
Are you using an API connection? Then it is possible to modify the stock in this. Explanations can be found on this page.
Good to know
There are 2 situations where your stock is automatically reset to 0 after a cancellation:
If you cancel an order yourself with reason ‘onvoldoende voorraad’ (insufficient stock).
If you have not confirmed the order on the third day after the delivery deadline, the order expires and is automatically cancelled. The stock of that item will also be automatically reset to 0.
In both situations, it is important to check your stock and correct it yourself if necessary.
