XL+ product range

You can also use Logistics via bol for XL+ items. It's important to know that you need additional rights for this, and you'll also be assigned an additional (XL+) stock ceiling. This is because there is limited capacity available in the adapted fulfilment centers.

Currently, there are 2 XL+ fulfilment centers:

1. BFC XL Nieuwegein, for XL and XXL
2. BFC XL Oosterhout, for 3XL with 1- or 2-person delivery

When you pre-register your items in your seller account, your items will be assigned to BFC XL Nieuwegein or BFC XL Oosterhout. Which fulfilment center this will be depends on the packaging dimensions.

That you enter the correct packaging dimensions is crucial for us to process your item properly.

Packaging dimensions include:

• The weight,
• the length,
• the width,
• and the height of your packaging.

To ensure that your item is stored in the correct fulfilment center, we check the packaging dimensions of each new item as soon as it arrives with us.

You can find the packaging dimensions below. Please use the dimensions of the total package.

When you send XL+ items to us, it's possible that your XL+ product range needs to be sent to both BFC XL Nieuwegein and BFC XL Oosterhout. This depends on the size.

Example: Do you sell a range of different TVs? Then it's quite possible that some of the TVs fall within XXL and some within 3XL. In that case, the first part goes to BFC XL Nieuwegein and the other part goes to BFC XL Oosterhout.

You enter the dimensions in the seller account under ‘My items’.

• Enter packaging dimensions
• For each item, you can enter the packaging dimensions under 'Optional'. Please use the dimensions of the total package. You can also do this in bulk (Excel import), or enter and/or adjust it via your integrator.
• Incorrect packaging dimensions
  If there is a difference between the entered dimensions and the dimensions measured by us, it may take longer for your item to be processed. In some cases, items may need to be moved to another fulfilment center.
• No packaging dimensions
• If no packaging dimensions are entered for an XL+ item, a regular BFC will be assigned. We will then measure the item and have to move it to the correct BFC XL. This takes time, so please make sure to enter the packaging dimensions when pre-registering!

The rates for Logistics via bol XL+ include:

• Includes: Pick & pack costs, shipping, customer service, returns
• Excludes: VAT, commission

*For 3XL 2-person delivery, a maximum weight of 150 kg is allowed for the MDA (white goods electronics) category.

We apply threshold delivery service for all Logistics via bol items. This means we deliver items to the threshold of the customer's front door. For 3XL, this means the item is also carried inside.

For XL+, additional delivery conditions apply, where the other Logistics via bol delivery conditions always apply. Check the applicable delivery conditions. Some important points specifically for the XL+ product range are:

• If an item fits on an EPAL Euro pallet (80 x 120 cm) in any way, the pallet must be stacked so that the item is delivered on an EPAL Euro pallet.
• If an item does not fit on an EPAL Euro pallet due to its dimensions or for safety reasons, the item may protrude a maximum of 25 cm on both sides along the length of the EPAL Euro pallet. The maximum length of the pallet will then be 170 cm. The maximum width remains 80 cm.
• If the above does not fit (in practice, this will only be necessary at bol Fulfilment Center XL2), you may choose from the following pallet variants:
  • 2 EPAL Euro pallets lengthwise. The load unit will then be 80 x 240 cm. It is not permitted to position the pallets widthwise (i.e., with dimensions of 160 x 120 cm).
  • A non-standard pallet larger than an EPAL Euro pallet up to a maximum of 120 x 210 cm.
• For the delivery of clampable items (e.g., white goods), specific rules apply as described in article 5.4 of the delivery conditions.

You are eligible for Logistics via bol and Logistics via bol XL+ if you sell at least 1,500 items per year.
