Definition
Items with a quality mark that checks whether workers operate under humane conditions, without child or forced labour, and/or sets requirements for the living conditions of animals at the origin of the item.

An item must carry one of the certifications or quality marks below to qualify for a label.
Labels for multiple themes
Do you want to request labels for multiple themes? This can all be done in 1 form. So you do not need to fill in a form per theme.
Requesting a sustainability label
Do you sell a product range that has a certification or quality mark yourself? Then it is possible to request one or more labels through the following steps:
- Check if your product range meets the criteria of the desired label (see themes);
- Download "Request_form_Sustainability_labels" using the button below and indicate per EAN which quality mark your item carries. Does the quality mark apply to the entire brand? Then fill in the 'brandlevel' tab with the name of the brand and the quality mark.
- Upload the proof of your sustainability labels so we are sure your product range qualifies.
- Fill in the form and click 'send'. The form can be found on every theme page. See the menu on the left.
- You will receive a response within 2 working days.
