Do you want to apply for labels for multiple themes? You can do this all in 1 form. So you do not need to fill in a form for each theme.
Apply for the sustainability label
Do you sell a product range that has a mark or quality label? Then it is possible to apply for one or more labels using the following steps:
- Check whether your product range meets the criteria of the desired label (see themes);
- Download "Application_form_Sustainability_labels" using the button below and indicate per EAN which quality label your item has. Does the quality label apply to the entire brand? Then fill in the tab ‘brandlevel’ with the name of the brand and the quality label.
- Upload the proof of your sustainability quality labels so we can be sure your product range qualifies.
- Fill in the form and click ‘send’. The form can be found on every theme page. See the menu on the left for this.
- You will receive a response within 2 working days.
